Drafting contracts and agreements

The office provides the service of preparing, reviewing and drafting all contracts, agreements and memorandums of understanding, reviewing and auditing them to serve the client's interest, in sale, purchase and construction contracts, contracting and supply contracts, land investment and development contracts, and concluding clearance agreements, final settlements and reconciliation.
