Division and liquidation of estates

The office provides legal services in relation to the division and liquidation of estates by preparing a plan of action to finalize the procedures for liquidating estates in a legitimate manner that achieves the interest of the heirs, extracting the deed of inventory of the heirs, counting, sorting and evaluating the elements of the estate, whether assets or movable, and dividing the estate among the heirs according to their legal shares and distributing them, whether consensual or judicial.
